By placing an order with us—whether through our website, loyalty platform, or a delivery partner—you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and payment information
  • You are ordering for personal use, not resale
  • You understand that The Big Bun Theory operates on a takeaway and delivery-only model

3. Ordering & Payment

a) Ordering Directly

You can place orders via:

  • third-party apps (Uber eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo)
  • Our in-store team
  • Our loyalty platform partner: Remy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or operational limitations.

b) Ordering via Third-Party Platforms

We are available on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. Orders placed through those platforms are subject to their terms and policies, including:

  • Delivery times
  • Refunds
  • Customer service queries

We are not liable for delivery delays, app errors, or refunds handled by third-party platforms.

c) Payments

Payments are processed securely using third-party processors. We do not store card details. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us (or our partners) to charge the order total.


4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices include VAT where applicable
  • Menu items and prices may change without notice
  • Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Items may be unavailable due to supply chain or operational issues
  • We may introduce limited-time items and remove them at our discretion

5. Loyalty Program (via Remy)

We offer a loyalty scheme managed by Remy. By signing up, you agree to:

  • Receive points or rewards based on qualifying purchases
  • Receive communications about your rewards and offers
  • Comply with Remy’s own Terms & Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the loyalty program without notice.


6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

We take allergens seriously. Information is available:

  • On our website and ordering platforms
  • From our staff, upon request

However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen equipment. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us directly before ordering.


7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Direct Orders

  • Once prepared, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. We may offer a partial or full refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.

b) Third-Party Orders

Refunds for orders via Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat must be requested via those platforms.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, packaging, and branding—including text, logos, menu names (e.g., “The Big Bun Theory”), images, and graphics—is the property of One Elysium Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without prior written consent.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems or website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Post defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content on our platforms or social media

We reserve the right to restrict access or report misconduct where necessary.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not liable for losses due to delivery errors by third parties
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
