The Yummiverse Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to **The Yummiverse**, the official loyalty rewards program by The Big Bun Theory, designed to give back to our amazing customers. These terms govern your participation in our loyalty scheme when you make purchases at any of our stores.

1. Eligibility

– Participation in The Yummiverse is open to individuals aged 16 and over.

– To join, customers must download the Remy Rewards app and add The Big Bun Theory as a participating merchant.

2. Earning Points

– Customers earn 1 point for every £1 spent in-store (including all menu items).

– Points are awarded at the point of sale after scanning the Remy app at the till.

– Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

3. Points Expiry

– Loyalty points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

– Unused points will automatically expire after 365 days and cannot be reinstated.

4. Redeeming Rewards

– Points can be exchanged for rewards via the Remy app once you meet the minimum point requirement for a reward.

– Rewards currently include (but are not limited to):

  – Free Cold Drink

  – Free Regular Coffee or Tea

  – 50% off any Chinese Main/Side

  – Free Burger, Wrap, or Bowl

  – Free Chinese Main or Starter

  – Free Momo’s (6 pieces)

  – 50% off Loaded Fries

  – 50% off any Rice or Salad Bowl

– Each reward is valid for 180 days from the date it is claimed.

– Expired rewards cannot be used or reissued.

5. Using Rewards In-Store

– To redeem a reward, customers must:

  – Present the reward from their Remy app at the time of purchase.

  – A team member will scan the reward and apply it to the current transaction.

– Rewards must be used **in-store only** and cannot be applied to online or delivery orders.

6. Gifting Rewards

– Rewards marked as “Giftable” can be transferred to another Remy app user.

– The expiry date of the reward remains the same after it is gifted.

– Gifted rewards cannot be returned to the original sender once accepted.

7. General Conditions

– Points and rewards **cannot be exchanged for cash**.

– We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate The Yummiverse scheme at any time without prior notice.

– In the event of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity, The Big Bun Theory reserves the right to revoke points, rewards, or terminate membership.

– Your personal data will be managed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Remy Rewards privacy terms.
